Log safeguarding concerns via the designated form. Consider any underlying issues contributing to unusual behavior to assist the DSL in providing support.

Report incidents or maintenance issues affecting health and safety. These reports help manage risks and prevent future incidents. Passwords are available from senior staff.

Log behavior concerns or merits based on the rewards and behavior matrix. Watch for patterns linked to safeguarding issues. Passwords are available from senior staff.
