Gate Timings and Arrival Guidance
At Jamia Al-Hudaa, we deeply appreciate the efforts and long journeys our parents and students undertake in pursuit of sacred knowledge. We pray that Allah (SWT) rewards you immensely for your hard work.
To ensure the safety and security of all students, we have established specific gate closing times. We have observed that some parents are arriving at the last possible moment when returning their daughters to Jamia. Please keep in mind that it takes time to unload and say goodbye, so we encourage you to aim for an earlier arrival.
Traffic and Road Incidents
We understand that traffic conditions can be unpredictable. If you anticipate arriving after the cut-off time, we recommend either returning home and arriving the following morning or booking nearby accommodation if you are traveling from a long distance. This way, you can bring your daughter in the morning when the gates open.
Important Notes:
- Please refrain from calling the office or supervisor to request gate access after closing times, as they are not authorized to grant entry.
- Students traveling from abroad should coordinate their arrival times with the Head Teacher through the secretary’s office in advance.
Gate Timings
- Monday to Saturday (Teaching Days):** 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Please arrive by 4:00 PM at the latest)
- Sunday:** 10:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Please arrive by 4:00 PM at the latest)
Office Hours
Please note that the reception and secretary's office closes at 4:00 PM.
