Our comprehensive 7-year Aalimah program transforms young students into confident Islamic scholars and community leaders. Designed to align with national educational standards, the course provides a progressive journey from foundational to advanced Islamic studies.

Students systematically explore the Quran, Hadith, Islamic jurisprudence (Fiqh), and historical traditions. The curriculum goes beyond academic learning, cultivating leadership skills, critical thinking, and spiritual depth. By graduation, participants emerge as knowledgeable, articulate educators prepared to positively influence their communities and inspire future generations through authentic Islamic understanding.

Islamic Course Curriculum Overview

Arabic grammar and language

Our Arabic Language program offers a comprehensive GCSE-aligned curriculum that blends classical and modern Arabic learning. Students develop advanced linguistic skills across reading, writing, and speaking, exploring the language's rich grammatical structure and cultural depth.
Our students can engage with Arabic through multiple learning approaches, developing critical language skills that extend beyond traditional language learning.
we want to cultivate confident, culturally aware Arabic language scholars who can navigate both classical and contemporary linguistic expressions with expertise and nuance.

History.

In this subject our students study Tareekh (history) which is spread out over various modules. Students are expected to study the NobleSeerah (Life of the Prophet of Islam), the righteous caliphs, Abbasid and Umayyad eras to finally conclude with Muslims in Europe. Students will be expected to understand and realise the contribution of the Islamic civilisation in today’s world along with being inspired to be role models for a brighter future.

By studying historical narratives, our students gain insights into Islamic values, social responsibilities, and the rich intellectual legacy of Muslim societies.

Quranic Studies

Our Quranic Studies program focuses on nurturing a deep connection with the Holy Quran. Students learn the art of fluent and beautiful recitation, mastering Tajweed rules including proper pronunciation, letter attributes, elongation, and stopping rules. This course enhances voice control, confidence, and recitation style while developing crucial memorization skills.
This subject enhances students' memorization skills, with an expectation of memorizing 3 Juz of the Quran. It also covers Quranic translation, basic interpretation, and deeper scholarly interpretations at higher levels.

Hadith Studies

At Jamia, our Hadith curriculum offers a transformative journey from foundational understanding to advanced scholarly exploration. Students progressively develop skills in Hadith reading, translation, and comprehension.
Our comprehensive program emphasizes memorization of key prophetic narrations, nurturing character development and ethical understanding.
By advancing through levels, learners develop critical analytical skills, understanding Hadith principles and methodologies. The core objective remains holistic: cultivating inner peace, spiritual growth, and becoming exemplary global citizens rooted in merciful Islamic principles.

Fiqh Studies

Our Fiqh program consists of a comprehensive journey through Islamic jurisprudence, guiding students from foundational understanding to advanced scholarly exploration. Students systematically learn Islamic rulings covering purification, worship, social transactions, and personal rights.

Our curriculum enables students to understand the profound principles behind Islamic legal guidelines. By progressing through levels, learners gain deep insights into ethical decision-making, universal compassion, and nuanced interpretations of religious principles.
